Error message "Destruction reason/disease state mismatch", followed by crash.

With 20,000 herds and high WHP, local and indirect spread, model runs forever. Using scenario with smaller population and low WHP results in successful runs. Increasing pop size and density causes errors. Low WHP scenario runs ok with 4,000 herds, bombs with 8,000 using same other parameters. If I turn off local spread it still bombs.

This problem occurred when a unit transitioned to the "dead from disease" state on the first day of an iteration. This caused unexpected events in the GUI. The problem has been corrected, and a fix will be released in NAADSM 4.0.12.
