Courses in epidemiologic simulation modeling and NAADSM training

The NAADSM Development Team periodically offers training sessions for potential users of NAADSM. These courses typically cover the following topics:

  • Basic principles of stochastic modeling
  • Concepts of animal disease modeling
  • Using the NAADSM application
  • Estimating required model parameters from the scientific literature and expert opinion
  • Interpreting the results of a disease simulation model
